I'm feeling pretty good! My energy levels have dipped a bit, but I do have a cough and sinus infection that I'm fighting, so that's likely to blame. My nausea and vomiting have more or less ceased now, and I only take the zofran once every other day or so. It let-up earlier than with Ryleigh or Libby, so I'll take it!
So what else has happened over the last week?
The girls are now sharing a bedroom, complete with pink EVERYTHING and mermaid sheets. They are enjoying the time together and sleeping better than I expected. Libby quickly adjusted and needs very little rocking, so the rocking chair I ordered for their room may go right back to Target after it arrives... It's a little bitter-sweet to see my toddler growing up so quickly, but she's a spicy, independent one and loves the new routine. Ryleigh likes the companionship and thinks Libby is an awesome roommate. I am so proud of them both! I have a few more wall decorations to hang, but here are a couple candids of their precious, combined room.
We bought a mini-van, and though I was dreading it because it's just not cool, I really like it. It drives well and the convenience level is extremely high while the gas consumption is low. Now all 6 of us will be able to ride safely and comfortably together once the twins arrive. Beep beep!
Now that it is May, we have a lot to look forward to. Barry is currently installing the fence along the dock, I have my monthly check-up with Dr. Medlock on Wednesday, my Dad and Joy are coming to visit in a couple weeks, and we have Libby's 2nd birthday arriving quickly too. I expect we will get out and enjoy the warmth and sunshine with some sand and salt water too :).
Before I forget, here are a couple "bumpies," and I'll continue to post pictures over the weeks so we can watch the belly grow. And I'll attempt to do my hair and/or makeup before we take them - lol.
Y'all have a great week! ((Hugs))
