Twin BOYS!

What a crazy week+ it has been in the Gooden household!!  Work has been nuts-o for both Barry and me, and we're preparing to leave town for Disney, but so much has happened that I don't want to neglect the blog. Here's a quick update... We are now 17, almost 18 weeks into this journey. The babies are the size of turnips.

Last week, I had a doctor's appointment with another ultrasound. It was awesome! We confirmed the gender of both babies, snagged some cutie patootie profile pictures AND confirmed that my previa cleared up. I am praying so often that it stays out of the way because taking that risk off the table is a HUGE relief.

Libby turned 2 this past weekend!!!  Where is time going y'all?  Her party was a colorful success, and she was happy and proud all day long.  Since we had a group of friends together, we decided to do a gender reveal. The kids loved pulling the strings on the pinatas, and we LOVED sharing with the world that we are expecting two BOYS! I just bought the cutest outfits for them - my first purchase for the babies. I can't wait to show Barry.

Also, my BFF is officially coming to visit in July!!!!!  She's throwing me a "sprinkle" while she's in town, and I couldn't be more excited about the combo... Bridget, Blue Angels, fun in the sun and a baby shower. It doesn't get more fun than that!!!

In other news around the family, Barry finished installing the fence along the dock, and it looks great! Libby moved-up to the Spunky Monkey class at preschool (which she is now happy and proud about) and had her first #2 in the potty success. Ryleigh has 4 days left of Kindergarten and a big ballet recital next weekend. I could not be more proud of my beautiful princesses!

Now we are off to Disney for our last vacation as a family of 4! I can't wait to spoil the girls and see all the excitement and wonder they experience.
